I'm writing this today, just hours before my home inspection, and I'm feeling a mix of emotions. Excitement, anxiety, and a hint of relief all swirling together. You see, I'm about to find out if my dream home is hiding any secrets.


As I'm about to embark on this journey, I want to share a crucial lesson I've learned: the importance of including a home inspection in your offer. It's not just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have, especially in a seller's market where buyers are willing to forego inspections just to win the property.



But why should you care? Let me tell you.
