It's been two years. Two years since I faced one of the biggest challenges of my life. Two years since I underwent surgery and came out a changed person.
I remember feeling so lost and afraid at the time, wondering how I was going to make it through. But as time went by, I realized something profound - I began to value my life and all the little things that it has to offer.
Now, I take things one day at a time. I find myself stopping to appreciate the little moments - a good meal, a walk in nature, a conversation with a loved one. And each day, I'm grateful for the opportunity to experience them.
Two years ago, I was scared and unsure. But now, I'm living life to the fullest. And it's all because of the lessons I learned through that challenging time. I'm thankful for it all.
